I am confused however - ISBNs are not used for Amazon Kindle editions. Does your book have a Kindle ASIN? What format is the ISBN listed above?

Yes, Kindle ASIN is B00AH8IG3S. I did not realize that ISBN numbers and ASIN numbers were associated with the format.
