Somehow I've completely missed the James Patterson thing...and I'd like to rectify it.

Any recommendations on where to start? I'm a little out of my element here, and he's got a lot of stuff to choose from. I'd appreciate your thoughts...

I recommend going way back - when his name is the only one on the cover. He's just stamping them out now, IMO.

Hope all is well. I also recommend that you start with Along Came a Spider and Kiss the Girls. I hope you will enjoy the Alex Cross series. I'm sure you will. It is filled with thriller and suspense- you wouldn't want to put his books down. Happy reading!
