Need a good study guide for "The Once and Future King" by T. H. White

I need a good study guide for "The Once and Future King" by T. H. White, hopefully including the posthumous fifth book "The Book of Merlyn." Neither iTunes book store nor Amazon so far seem able to offer anything.

Incidentally, I'm reading this as the unabridged audiobook narrated by Neville Jason. It contains all five books, and appears to be the pre-compendium edition. For example, Madam Mim appears in "The Sword and the Stone" in this audiobook, but if I look in the compendium paperback, she was cut out by T. H. White.
