Need help with author Powerone

I'm not sure what is going on as I've never had this issue before. I'm trying to update the author's profile and it keeps wiping out and not saving.

Thanks! I kept trying to merge too and it wiped it out several times. I finally gave up. Thanks so much, Paula!
