TLH are the initials for Cassie's newest planned series. It's supposed to be set after Victorian London, like Downtown Abbey-ish, if any of you guys watch that show. It seems interesting, but I'm surprised that another Shadowhunter series is in the works. Will it ever stop? Lol, more info to come.......

Two new characters identified a Mathew and James. Hmmm....Is this James possibly related to/named after our Jem? I think Cassie said that one of we books would star two gay main characters. Are these tent two? Time will tell.
Actually, the series after TLH is starring two gay main characters. And I think she said that in TLH there is a love triangle between two girls and one guy, but I'm not sure. Also, I think James is James Herondale and Matthew and James are parabatai. I can't wait for the series!

I copied this from Cassie's web page.....*TLH: the series that comes between TID and TMI, that takes place around 1903, that I have stated the acronym for (TLH) but not the full name, that has no deadline or planned publication dates because while I am having lots of fun working on the idea, I don’t want to work to deadline right now so that means it’s a WIP. It features the children of the characters from The Infernal Devices: Jem, Tessa, Will, the Lightwood brothers, etc.
From her tumblr, the question was about characters. Yes. Will is James and Lucie’s father and James and Lucie (among others — Christopher and Grace and Cordelia and Alastair and Colin and Matthew and Charles and Jesse) are the main characters in the book. So of course, we see their parents. In fact, in one of the upcoming Bane Chronicles — the one that features James — you’ll get a sense of how much we will see them.
what do you guys think TLH stands for? she said there is no names, so it's not the last herondale or the lightwood heir like everyone seems to think. it is confirmed the T is "The" my favorite guess is...the last/lost hope.

I've been really wanting to know what she is titling this series I am liking the last/lost hope. My guess? Not sure really. I'm thinking it obviously has to do with what it's going to be about. The Infernal Devices was obviously about the clockwork creatures, The Mortal Instruments is obviously about the three things. Sorry don't want to write spoilers. So does anyone know what this series is supposed to be about? Besides characters has Cassie said anything about a plot?
Maybe it's The Lucid Hell/Heart? It could be anything.

I have wanted to know what happens after they get married since I read the condensed version in the epilogue of Clockwork Princess and the Bane Chronicles!! I have a theory about wether Jess blackthorn is dead or not because the blackthorn family lives until today see City Of Heavenly Fire yes you will tell me how about ascending mundanes who take shadowhunter family names but if you red ate description of Ty see City Of Heavenly Fire and read the bane chronicles the midnight heir there is a description of Jess Blackthorn and I find them very similar so I think Jess Blackthorn is alive I forgot the e in Jesse please pass out on that

I know what you mean, Cindy. I'm so pumped to read this new series, I can hardly wait! I'm shaking with anticipation :) From reading the snippets of TLH on Casandra's tumblr, I am already in love with the new characters!
So am I! James´s golden eyes touched my Shadowhunter-books-loving (is that a word?) heart. And to be able to read more about Tessa and Will and Jem ... yay! My thanks to Cassandra Clare!!
wow, i can't believe she's writing a whole new series including working on the dark artifices!!!! I'm excited, but is this a little overkill? I love cassie and she's an amazing writer, but how many great endings do you have in you?
For me there´s no overkill. I´m one of those fans who can never get enough when they like something ;)
