Andy Crawford I am the author of the recently published fantasy novel, Sailor of the Skysea. It is for sale as an ebook on several online retailers (though the only link that seems to work from my book's Goodreads page right now is the Amazon link), and as a paperback on Amazon. Here is the back cover blurb:

Hardened sailor Ytzak Anan is an outsider. The color of his skin holds him back in a brutal, post-colonial world. And now his dreams of captaining his own ship, along with all his savings, have been stolen by a faithless lover.

Up a mighty river and out to sea once again, Ytzak searches for meaning and a new start. But the cruelties of ruthless men dog his steps, and mysterious forces seem to be guiding his journey for purposes unknown…

In this explosive debut, author A. C. F. Crawford has created something new in the realm of fantasy.

From high-seas adventure to a climactic clash with a malevolent autocrat, from back alley brawls to arcane shamanic sorcery, Sailor of the Skysea explores a mythical world with a truly American feel.

As many works of the genre parallel medieval European history and lore, my novel is an attempt at creating an original fantasy world and story that parallels American history and cultural lore. I wanted to create a fantasy novel that reflects a world with a similar diversity (of culture, religion, and ethnicity) to early America, and that tells a story with an authentically American feel.

I've been lucky enough to get a handful of Amazon reviews (mostly good!), and only one of which came from a family member :) But I'd like some more reviews, and I'd like reviews posted on Goodreads (and other retailers) in addition to Amazon. So for the next few days (for now), I'm offering the ebook of my novel for free to any reader who is interested and who can promise to post an honest review (on Goodreads, Amazon, and other major retailers). And hopefully, you might like it!

If you are interested, please send me a message and let me know what ebook formats you accept, and how to get it to you. Thanks so much!

A. C. F. Crawford
