Hey hey... guess what I contacted Ian Irvine on his Facebook page about his books not being available on Kobo.

It looks like they are not available on Kobo right now because he only just got the rights back. Should be available on Kobo in a week or so, yay!!!

I am in New Zealand and often encounter the same problem. I have seen it on Amazon and Kindle books, where some publishers make them unavailable to people outside the US. It's crazy, I cannot see why there needs to be boundaries placed on e-books, or any books for that matter.

I have a kobo and encountered the same problem of books simply not being available. I now purchase from Amazon (if possible) and use Calibre to upload to my kobo.
