What is the book called?

I have listened to nearly 100 episodes in the last 2 weeks whilst driving and there was a book that Michael mentioned that I really want to read. I don't know what it is called or what episode it was from. I'm guessing somewhere near the high 100 to low 200's.

The book was about the history of familiar phrases and sayings.

Does anyone know what this is called?

Thanks Suzanne. I found the book very quickly. Its called "The best thing since sliced bread" by Nigel Fountain. I wasnt aware the book index on the site was so comprehensive and user friendly. Thanks so much for your advice.
