OMG THANK YOU THAT'S IT! You have no idea how long I've been looking for that haha :)
It was about these twins who got seperated by a nanny of a couple who had conceiving problems and miscarriages. Their recent baby died and the nanny swapped the dead baby with one of the other couples' twins as she felt like the woman really didn't need another dissapointment, only the doctor knows after this. I think one of the twins' names was Nate and the others one started with a C, they lead their seperate lives and I'm pretty sure Nate goes off to the army, leaving behind a girlfriend who later gets with a guy named Elliot(?)while twin no. 2 goes to law school. Anyway they both end up meeting(not sure for the first time or not?) after Nate get accused of killing Elliot and twin no.2 represents him in court and wins, after the girl who was in love with Nate and Elliot, confesses she shot him instead of Nate when Elliot told her to in front of Nate and they find out they are twins after twin no. 2 who was running for a something in politics has a car accident and Nate has the only blood match.
