message 2: by Cece (new)

Cece | 9 comments MY SCHOOL IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everyone is so nice! No bullies, nothing. The worst thing is the teasing, but no one really ever means anything by it. they're just being sarcastic. :D
I love my principal to! he's awesome! He eats lunch with us and makes jokes with us and he's just so helpful! :D sorry that was really long...

message 3: by Arwen (new)

message 4: by [deleted user] (new)

message 5: by Arwen (new)

Arwen we don't have the cliques as strong here. you kind of just blend in. http://www.google.co.nz/url?sa=i&...
this is some of my school

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah, my school, is interesting.... It is actually hard to say, I actually have lots of fun at school, but the thing is, I can tell there are lonely people there, but the thing with our classes at school, we have the same people (MOST)and we stick with them for the next 3 years or so, so yeah, I LOVE my class, everyone fits in so easily, I love it.

message 7: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (anonymouswizard) Almost everyone in my grade has known each other since Preschool (11 years, and we're all 14) and in 2.5 weeks we graduate from 8th grade. I'm really sad because we go to High School next year, and since we're all going to different high schools, I'll only see 3 people I know at school (2 girls and 1 guy), and likely I won't have classes with any of them, maybe the one guy, and I'm not good at making friends and I'm just really sad I'm losing all my best friends!
It took me 11 years to make up the small group of friends I have, and now I only get to go to school with 1 of them. :'(

message 10: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (anonymouswizard) We don't have school today! Because it's Oaks Day (the day before the Kentucky Derby).

I think y'all can guess where I live :)

Agony | 140 comments Im in year book right now. I love it.

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

Wow, what you said earlier Maggie, is kinda what I went through last year in grade 6, when I graduated into high school, though high school is freakin' awesome, but yeah, I had lots of issues when it came to my best friends, I had this one bestie, in particular who left to Malaysia, forever, then I made up another group of unlikely friends, and they didn't come to the same high school as me, we three went to THREE DIFFERENT HIGH SCHOOL. Though we know each other through goodreads :D

Arwen yes it works that you are also calling yourself old too

message 19: by krysta (new)

krysta I think my school is pretty cool, but we have to wear uniforms... I like that I am challenged and can have fun and work similarly. But all girls can be pretty messy, that means a lot of cliques...

Holly (xxhollzyxx) | 69 comments Mod
I don't know why but I wanna go to high school in America for some weird reason :P the stories I read make it seem cool but the real life stories I hear make it seem dreadful but still fun

Holly (xxhollzyxx) | 69 comments Mod
And it has to be co-ed

message 22: by Arwen (new)

Arwen of course couldn't be a girls school could it holly.

message 23: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (anonymouswizard) How is high school in other countries different from America's high schools?

And we do have co-ed, all boys, and all girls schools. Most of the single-sex schools are Catholic schools, though, although this girl in my class is Jewish, she goes to a Catholic middle school and is going to a Catholic high school....

message 24: by Arwen (new)

Arwen ha same here im a Jew and i go to an anglican school

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

I go to a private Islamic school

message 26: by Leyah (new)

Leyah (serferrant) | 98 comments I would be in a private school if it wasn't for the lack of money my parents have!

And I like school, I just don't like the kids who go there. Swearing, putting people down, noise... *shudders*

message 27: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (anonymouswizard) Bookworm- are you Muslim? I've never met a Muslim before!

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes i'am a Muslim and Proud to be one

message 29: by [deleted user] (new)

I don't really follow a religion (Is that the right way to say that?) but I go to a Christian, All-girls school. It's pretty cool. I mean, there's no serious bullying but there are cliques that are quite exclusive. You would have to be nearly at the top of the social pyramid to join one and be 'accepted' (That isn't me!).

message 30: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (anonymouswizard) So Jewel are you Atheist, or what do you believe?
I'm not obsessed with religions guys! I've only met Christians and one Jewish person, because I'm sheltered.

message 31: by [deleted user] (new)

I don't exactly know what I believe. I know what I don't believe but I don't know what I do. I mean, there could be a God up there but I don't completely believe in that. And Karma could really exist but I'm not sure. Is there such thing as no-religion. I don't think I'm Atheist because I do think that there is something up, down or out there.

message 32: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (anonymouswizard) Well do you try to do good? Like do you think killing people for no reason is wrong, etc.?

I guess you could say you have no religion.....

message 33: by Maggie (new)

Maggie (anonymouswizard) I just graduated from 8th grade last night, so I'm really sad. All the guys except 2 or 3 were crying and the one girl (who was my best friend in preschool-5th grade) who wasn't crying I made cry accidentally when I remember how close we used to be. I also got another guy crying again when I told him I still had the necklace and love letters he gave me in Kindergarten because I couldn't bring myself to throw them away, then Long Live by Taylor Swift got stuck in my head and the huge guy started crying and they turned the lights on and we were all crying because some of us had been at that school for 11 years without getting held back any grades and that huge guy I mentioned was in my 2 & 3 year old preschool class and it just broke everyone's heart at least it did mine and we're all going to see each other again but we might not and it won't be everyday!!!!!! And one of my best friends who's also my other friend's boyfriend started crying and then HIS best friend who I just so happen to like who's also one of my best friends started crying and he'd been so strong all day and seeing him cry his eyes were so BLUE and PRETTY and I just started bawling and I couldn't breathe so he kept hugging me and even the people I didn't like hugged me and we had a giant class of 2013 group hug until they kicked us out of the gym so we cried outside and I know I'll see most of them on Friday because we're having a book-burning at my house but it was so SAD and I'M CRYING RIGHT NOW

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

Just started school and it's pretty cool because no one looks at me funny well except for that time where I had to wear a skirt because I told in front of the whole class how short the skirt our Prof was wearing :/
