It would suck to be an unproud twilighter. Pride is great(sometimes)
Afraid of getting teased I suppose.
BookGeek I'm talking about the guys that read Twilight in secret, that dont tell anyone.

I agree completely with ALL of them. I can relate ANYTHING back to Twilight. My friend once like "Are you Alice...?" And I screamed "CULLEN!"

LOL...Yeah know whats strange...when I first read the first three I was on Orca's Island in the San Juan islands up by Canada and everyone there was like Oh wow those look super good. But then I reread them again last summer here in Oregon and just ramdom people would say stuff to me...even young teenage girls were like aren't you a iittle old for Twilight...It sucked because although I am 33 I don't think I look it at all...

I know this is really old, I'm not on GR that much but I feel I should bring this up. I actually witnessed someone get beat up at a convention because he cosplayed as Edward. It killed me that I had to get the staff to intervene even though they saw it too. Also the fact the guy who started the mob wasn't thrown out aggravated me.
So yeah sometimes it's not just about being teased, it's about personal safety.

Sadly, I'm not surprised. Things are getting crazy. And people are physically setting the books on fire too.

Too late Terri lol
With no Edward there would just be Jacob
and that's ok with me! Lol
Heck we don't even need Bella!

10. We’re loyal. When one of our own is in trouble, we step up to the plate. (ie: Russell Brand’s interruption during the MTV Awards, the leaking of Midnight Sun, Stephen King’s harsh words for Stephenie Meyer)
9. MTV named Twilighters “Woman of the Year” for 2008 for several reasons, including the fact that we took over ComiCon, brought the Twilight soundtrack to #1 on the Billboard charts, we stepped up to the challenge of making $150 million at the box office, and more.
8. We break records. We made Twilight the #1 most pre-ordered DVD ever at Wal-Mart, we catapulted Catherine Hardwicke into the spot of ‘highest grossing female director’, and we put Twilight at #7 on the list of Top Ten Advance Ticket-Sellers, among tons of other records.
7. Twilighters give the economy a much-needed boost. Our sales made up 16% of all books in the first quarter of 2009, Hot Topic reported a profit increase due to Twilight sales, and Forks, WA noticed a huge spike in tourism.
6. We’re an international group of people who speak a common language: Twilight.
5. We are dependable. When a fellow Twilighter is in need, thousands of others rally around.
4. Twilighters are total romantics. We can soften anyone up with the numerous romantic quotes we have memorized from the books.
3. We’re determined. We’ve crashed several internet servers and we’re proud of that…not sure if the server owners are, though.
2. Two words: Edward Cullen
1. When you realize you’re a Twilighter, you find out you’ve got an extended family you never knew about. We are a tight knit family just like the Cullens.
