I'm gonna participate in the monthly read for The Long Walk too, btw. Ive been looking for a reason to reread that one for a while.
If you're lookin' for a recommendation in addition to The Long Walk darlin' ... I pick ......Misery :o)
I can second that! Misery is great becasue it really, really could happen. We have all met an Annie Wilks at one point or another:)
I'd have to go with The Green Mile. I liked Misery, the book, not the movie *shudder*, but The Green Mile is great.
I think You should READ NEEDFUL THINGS! NEEDFUL THINGS! NEEDFUL THINGS! NEEDFUL THING!!!!!!.... I don't know, I can't put it into words other than what some people might do, to get what they want!!!
4 any KING FAN who hasn't read it!!

I really liked Lisey's Story. It does take a bit of time to get into though, Stephen can be chatty as we all know. It has some really great twists in it. Well worth the read.
