A rogue scientist with the DMS? Does Joe finally get to kill Dr. Hu? ...Wait a sec...I'm having a moment here. Did I really read all the Ledger novels and not notice that Dr. Hu sounds exactly like Dr. Who? As I typed that first line I suddenly saw Joe blasting the crap out of a London police box. :)

In the end of Extinction Machine after Hu is wrong about the existence of aliens he becomes sullen and Jo says that he's heard Hu has taken to drinking. Hu could become a formidable enemy. He is a genius, he knows their tactics, he probably has access to Mind Reader. This could be very interesting!

We have ONE month to go for Code Zero! I might be the only one, but I'm hoping Dr. Hu is NOT the one who betrays the DMS. However, I think he'll be the one that Joe suspects, and then we get blindsided by someone else being the actual traitor.
Who knows...I just love the interactions between Joe and Dr. Hu, and I'd hate for it to go away.
