But I still can't stomach a MOTHER who lets her child go through that hell with her! And for her to tell Beth it's HER fault her dad left and that she HATES her? Seriously? I don't like her mom at all and, at this point, I don't feel sorry for her either. But Beth protects her by saying she bashed the car, among other things. Shame on her mom! (hide spoiler)]

Beth is a bit frustrating. I liked her stubbornness at first, but now it's getting old. I don't think running away with her mother will do them both any good. Her mother needs more help than that. (hide spoiler)]

I always find it weird to read an ebook. That's why it always takes me a long time to finish one.
