Two books, not sure if they're the same edition

Both of these books are the same one, but I don't know if someone added it twice or if they're different copies (and if they're different, the one needs a cover). They're not even listed as different editions of each other.

One of those editions was marked as Matthew J Kirby - without the period after the J. I've merged the two author profiles, and combined the editions of Icefall - they are two different editions with distinct ISBN numbers.

I'll see if I can find a cover for the one missing... Added cover.
