An atheist woman with an incurable brain disease took her own life on Thursday in spite of Christians who insisted that she was a “sinner” and would “go to hell” if she went through with the assisted suicide.

Pamela (softyprincess) | 27 comments Yea i find it pretty revolting that someone would want to go to the effort of finding out someone else's number to call them just to tell them they are going to go to hell when they have never done anything which is going to affect you or your life.

I support assisted suicide and right to die, but appreciate that legalisation relating to this has to be constructed carefully however I continue to be disappointed that more governments are not looking at this.

Well done Switzerland for taking a pragmatic approach to the situation, but it is very limiting for non-Swiss who want a Dignitas type option. Having to complete a long hall flight; the physical challenge, the cost, the time between saying goodbye to your loved ones etc seems very unfair and un-necessary
