The Human Division by Scalzi. Biting sarcasm, great humor, and story-driven dialog make it a fun read.

Treasure island!!!! I am so glad I am reading this as an adult I read it when I was maybe 10 or so, and so much went over my head, but now I have much more life experience so I relate and identify with the characters more, and oh my gosh the drunk in the beginning he cracked me up he was told by doctors hey stop drinking and he kept drinking. Oh I completely missed that juicy tidbit as a child.

The Last of Mr. Norris

Far From the Maddening Crowd

Last night I listened to Northanger Abbey - Jane Austen which I throughly enjoyed, made me laugh at all sorts of bits in the audio. I've since gone on to read The Mirror of the Soul - J. Lloyd Morgan which is different to what I normally read. Quite good so far.
