Did I add my Kobo version correctly?

Hi, I tried on my own to add my Kobo version. Would you mind taking a look to see if I did it correctly? I went to format, chose "other" and typed in Kobo. Is that correct? What I am looking to do eventually is have my Goodreads reviews show up on my Kobo page for my book. Thanks!

Actually, Kobo books have format "ebook". Changed.
