Pollution: How Important Is This Issue

I just want to know what are your thoughts about pollution. I think that it is a rather important issue. I mean think about all the whales and other sea animals that died because of pollution, and it makes it worse when you realize these poor animals died because of us. This is also not healthy for us as well. For example a sick fish is severed at your dinner table and then you get sick because of the bad fish and the reason the fish was sick was that it ate a plastic bag. It is just common sense to realize that pollution is a very important topic.

I do believe that it's an issue, however I think a lot of people don't care because they don't actually understand how bad it's effects are. Or maybe they do know, they just simply don't care.
