Joyce Tokunaga does a great job naming the strengths and weaknesses of Asian American culture, and our disposition towards leadership. I loved re-reading the section on what's in our "DNA" -- and had to seriously revisit some of my own issues regarding honor/shame. I think he calls AAs out to lead!
