Hi! Welcome to the group. I think my only experience with humor is David Sedaris, who is delightful! Who are some of your favorite authors?
Sedaris is definitely my favorite. Mark Twain, John kennedy Toole, Kurt Vonnegut, Thomas McGuane. Jeremy Robert Johnson isn't really considered a humorist, but some of his books are hilarious. I still have a lot of discovering to do. Writing and "marketing" have been consuming all of my free time here lately; I haven't had time to read much of anything.

My name is Bill. My preferred genres are satire/fiction/humor/dark-humor, which I both read and write. I was surprised to find a group tagged with humor that also has more than 3 members. Apparently satire is dying...or calling itself something else.
