Hello - just read a book (ISBN - 0961378816) and found its listing on GR a mess. I uploaded a review and a cover photo but am hesitant to change the book details because they are a mess. Here is the story ... Being self-published, the book has a few nit-picking problems that carry over into cataloguing. It appears that Ploss issued it in hardcover and in paperback, and there were three editions – 1984, 1986, and 1991. Each had a different amount of pages (making it difficult to quote specific passages), each carried the same ISBN (making it difficult to differentiate among the editions), the number of maps inserted varied with the edition, and some also had addendums. As to the Goodreads record … his name was Thomas H. Ploss … not Thomas M. Ploss as shown in the details. Additionally he should be listed as the Author, not the Design. The sole Goodreads edition – which carries no publishing nor edition date – asserts there were 214 pages (this should be the 1991 edition of “probably” 177 pages with the addendums bringing up the page count). I read and reviewed the 1986 softcover edition (177 pages, no addendums); the LOC record shows 165 pages in the 1984 original (no addendums). Only a few hundred were produced in each edition, so this book is a rare find. I leave it to the GR super-librarians to fix the entry as they see fit. Cheers.

These are left over from a purge of Amazon data that happened quite a while ago, I don't think we're deleting them until after the Amazon feed comes back as they may be able to be rescued with that information.

I'm an author that is new to GoodReads and notice that one of my books (The Telltale Tempest) is on the site with a very outdated cover. Is there anything I can do to fix/change it?

The title is clearly wrong, I can't find the ISBN in Worldcat or in the supposed publisher's site, but still some users have shelved it.
