I'm quite addicted to reading historical romances right now.. For me there is 2 types of HR.. One is full blown romances and the 2nd one is action romances.. It's quite entertaining and fun.. Although you have to get the right book to get hook.. Cause some books with this genre is so lame.. Julia Quinn is quite a good writer for me.. Try some of her works..

message 363: by [deleted user] (new)

I love romances <3

Then Julia Quinn is your author.. And while your at it, you could also try one of my favorite book "Once and Always" by Judith Mcnaught. I highly recommend it. Caused I like the story. hehe :P

Anyway, thanks a lot!! ^_^

Cherry | 20 comments Topaz wrote: "scifi.....I needs some ideas"

hmmm.. not really my forte.. sorry.. as far as scifi goes all I know is starwars.. although in manga you could try the following: Apple by Komi Naoshi (Its a short one shot with very good story); Bokurano by Umezawa Haruto (more of action); of course Fullmetal Alchemist by Arakawa Hiromu; Project Arms by Nanatsuki Kyoichi.. Well That's about all for now.. Cause that's all I can remember for now.. I'll try to remember novel as well..

message 374: by Agony (new)

Agony | 153 comments thats ok. I found a book in the fantasy genre. though I was going for scifi......but it is really good so far.

message 378: by Agony (new)

Agony | 153 comments and yet the bible says not to judge......ironic isnt it that churches would do that.in hinds sight people have a tendency to judge others baised upon what they believe is socially acceptable. The wise ones are the ones who could listen and I mean truely listen to what someone has to say regaurdless of their beliefs. And I'm sorry you have to deal with the horrible things life throws your way, John. You desrve better.

message 379: by [deleted user] (new)

Hey everybody needs someone they can talk to or look to for support. With out it, people would probably become depressed or something. Thats why I like to spread cheer any way I can.

message 383: by [deleted user] (new)

well good for you.

message 384: by Agony (new)

Agony | 153 comments yeah well anyway, I have a question. What do you want to become in life?

message 385: by [deleted user] (new)

Most likely Marine biology.

message 386: by Agony (new)

Agony | 153 comments marine biology is a facinating feild. So what intrests you most about it?

message 387: by [deleted user] (new)

A multitude of things but I have to say just the pure fact that seems like something extremely interesting and fun.

message 388: by Agony (new)

Agony | 153 comments That is true. Have you been to any aquariums? Some of those places present a lot of great information.

message 389: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes I have a few times to the shed aquarium.

message 390: by Agony (new)

Agony | 153 comments So do you have any favorite aquatic species?

Drae Pantorilla (draepantorilla) | 2 comments A co-employee humiliated me just now.

message 394: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh?

message 395: by Agony (new)

Agony | 153 comments how?

message 396: by Drae (new)

Drae Pantorilla (draepantorilla) | 2 comments Yeah. I was just asking her about the schedule of events for our city's annual festivity, then she stared at me as if, I said something offensive. At first, I was really wondering what made her feel that way. Despite the number of spectators around us, she shouted at me and said that I shouldn't have asked such silly question, and that I should have known the answer since we live in the same city.

message 397: by Agony (new)
