The Slayer and the Sphinx

I posted this in another folder, but it might fit better in this one...

I would like to recommend a book to you guys. It is called "The Slayer and the Sphinx," and it is a YA urban fantasy novel- the beginning of a trilogy. It was written and published by me (Adam Bolander), and is for sale on Amazon.com and Smashwords.com. I've even been known to give out free ecopies now and then ;)
For thousands of years, mythical creatures have lived alongside humans in secret, driven into hiding by the Slayers. Porter Collins is one such Slayer, only sixteen years old but quickly rising the ranks to become one of the best. Sarah Heisen is a young sphinx whose overprotective parents have never allowed to set foot out of her home. When Sarah's existence is discovered, Porter is ordered to hunt her down and kill her, but a blow to the head leaves him without a clue as to who or what he is. Now both of them are hopelessly lost in the wilderness. If they wish to survive, they must work together.
