I know this topic is a couple of months old, but I just stumbled upon this and wanted to "bump" the topic a bit. Because this sounds like such a great idea, and I am definitely going to start leaving small book notes when I return books to the library

Sometimes I leave swag, if I've got it, and I love this idea! I saw some Operation Beautiful notes at my favorite hometown bookstore years ago, and they made my day. I'm totally going to start doing this!
