More often than not, her leadership quality gets her into trouble when others protest to her taking over and becoming the leader of the group, being a defensive person this usually ends up with a fight; whether physically or vocally it depends on how far Tirzah will push someone just to have the leadership that she desires so much. Her rough exterior often times make Zia seem unapproachable and almost superior to other's, but really the exterior is nothing to what is on the inside. Underneath her shell Tirzah is extremely polite and probably one of the most trustworthy people you will meet. Of course, like every human being, she has her secrets but they are hidden deeply within her core and are rarely, if ever revealed to others. She believes that weaknesses can become the death of you, so she prefers to keep her secrets inside and not let them reach the surface.
