Beven shifted slightly, her foot had fallen asleep
Hayden awoke to the sound of Beven's shifting, a slight whimper voicing itself as she jostled her head a little too hard.
Beven froze, afraid she woke Hayden up. She rubbed her back comfortingly
Hayden whimpered, her head throbbing miserably. "Good morning." she grumbled with a wince.
"Morning," Beven said soflty, knowing that loud noises, or any noises would hurt her head
"How long was I out?" Hayden asked, curling around herself. Normally she felt better after a full nights sleep, but that clearly wasn't the case today. She whimpered softly as her head shifted slightly.
"Several hours," Beven guessed. The sun was setting when they came into the cave, now it was rising
Hayden but her lip. "I still feel awful."
Beven rubbed her back, "Just lay down and dont move. Give it time," she suggested.. Beven wasnt a doctor, she didnt know
Hayden nodded. "Okay." she whispered, a small whimper sounding again, making her cringe.
Beven scooted closer to Hayden and gently laid her head in her lap and rubbed her shoulder
Hayden bit her lip, hoping for her headache to ease slightly. No such luck.
Beven rubbed her dry eyes and looked down at Hayden, "Maybe you could try to sleep again?" she didnt know what to do, she was 16, not 32, not a doctor
Hayden nodded, her jaw set firmly. She was curled up so small she looked 7, not 13. But the look on her face made her seem a million years older. She closed her eyes, hoping for sleep to come.
Beven hummed quietly, she had made it a habbit to do so whenevery Hayden was going to fall asleep. She wondered if she thought it was annoying
Hayden relaxed. Something about Beven's humming was soothing. It made sleep easier.
Beven felt Hayden relax, so she kept humming, taking it as a good sign.
Hayden drifted into a shallow, restless sleep where she still felt the pain in her head, but it was detatched. Bearable.
Beven tried to think of a way to make Hayden's headachs better, but honestly didnt think there was a way. Yet she still did not give up
Hayden shifted slightly, mumbling something, and then silence.
Beven made sure to pay close attention to Hayden
Hayden was so still, hopefully this was a good thing. Beven thought
Hayden wasn't even dreaming. A peaceful sleep. A rare occurrence.
Beven drew little images into the dirt of the cave to pass time
Hayden shifted but remained silent.
Beven leaned against the cave wall, not daring to close her eyes for fear of them staying shut. She wasnt going to let that happen
Hayden shivered, her head throbbing.
The fire was sputtering out, so Beven made it bigger
Hayden clenched her eyes shut, waking up with a panicked expression on her face. "Don't know..."
Beven looked at Hayden when she mumbled, she coulndt be having a nightmare, she needed the sleep too much
Hayden rolled over, relaxing again.
Beven breathed a short sigh of relief
Haydens eyes fluttered shut, her foot twitching slightly. It had fallen asleep.
Beven kept looking around the cave, wondering what state they were in now..
Hayden inhaled deeply, her head throbbing even in sleep.
Beven looked at the other flock members, who were also sleeping
Hayden sat up with a yawn. ((imma go to bed. I'm falling asleep. Tomorrow?))
((Yep, I gotta go too, exhaused :P ))
JAde dreamed of the girl.
Snow wokeup a little later "My watch"
Hayden sat up with a yawn. "I've got it." she mumbled, rubbing the scratch on her head softly.
