Snow quickly threw a snowball at her
Beven fliched, she hated the cold considering her talent/gift was fire... As soon as the snow hit her skin, it evaporated
Snow eye twinkle "Cool" she said
"Huh, what." Beven looked down at her arm, "Oh, ya..." she trailed off
Jade turned invisible and then she charged at Snow.
You would be surprised what Beven could do with fire. What she has learned to do and how much more she could learn
Snow was knock 10 feet and charge back up hitting Jade
"HIIIIYAHHH" snow yelled and she bump into Jade
Hayden shrieked. "What just happened?" she asked as she heard someone charge. She was carefully practicing her echolocation, and getting nowhere.
"Its ok. Snow and Jade are just fighting." assured Beven
Hayden arched her eyebrows, taking a defensive stance and trying to use her measly echolocation skills. "Just fighting? This happens often?" she asked.
"Relax. Its ok. As for the question, I'm not sure. But I guess we will find out." Beven said, flying next to Hayden
Hayden nodded slowly. "No ones getting hurt, are they?" she asked, hoping she'd get a flicker of imagery through her echolocation.
"Nope, I guess its kinda like a play fight. They arent really trying to hurt eachother." explained Beven
Hayden let her breath out. "Good. I wish I could see what was going on..." she trailed off, not wanting to sound like a whiny baby. She refused for them to get tired of her already. She would not be dead weight to pull around.
"Honestly, not much to see. Its like watching paint dry." Beven said, gliding in the air, letting the currents in the sky carry her
"Even seeing paint dry would be a miracle for me. I've been blind for ten years. I barely remember what the world looks like..." that was an understatement. She only asked for the appearance of things so she didn't forget what things around her were like. She wanted to hang on to those things as long as she could.
Beven didnt know what to say, "I'm sorry." she said quietly. She didnt know what Hayden went through everyday, but she could try and imagine
Hayden sighed. "I'm not asking for pity. I'm just calling it like it is. I'm not spiteful about what happened; everyone has bad things happen. I just can't live with why it happened. I was blinded because my scientists wanted something to laugh about. Something to entertain them. Something for them to hurt." she bit her lip, flapping her wings cautiously.
"Thats how they all are. They say they are doing this to create a super race or to save someone, but they are just sick. Sick." agreed Beven, coldness seeping into her words
Hayden sighed. "Sick implies that they have hope of getting better." she shook her head sadly. "This is just twisted."
Beven nodded in agreement. "Twisted, yes twisted." she said quietly
Hayden smiled. "do you have any happy stories? I'd like to hear a happy story for once in my life."
Beven thought for a moment. Actually, she hasnt heard a happy story before, but she made one up anyway, telling it to Hayden
Hayden laughed. "That's a nice story. I've never heard a story with a happy ending. Or even one that made me smile." she paused. "Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever even heard a story at all."
"Glad I could be the first then." Beven said happily
Hayden smiled. "So tell me about you now. I don't exactly have a visual... Personality? History? Tell me all!" she said, pretending to be a creepy stalker, and then bursting out laughing.
Beven laughed with her, she couldnt help it
Hayden shrugged. "Glad I can amuse at least one person on this planet."
"In all fairness, Im pretty easy going." Beven said happily, for the most part it was true. "So what are all your talents? I have heard about your echolocation and stuff. Is there anything else?"
Hayden snorted. "Echolocation, right. Still working on that one. Not doing so hot on that. Apart from reading emotions, I have no idea. You?"
"Thats neat. I can use fire, I guess some call it an affanity or something. But thats it. I hate water though, weird, but then again makes since. I guess I'm kinda like a cat." smiled Beven
"It must be nice to do something cool." Hayden said wistfully.
"Cool? Im a living bonfire..." Beven said
Hayden laughed. "At lest you can give us fire when we need it." she smiled in what she hoped was Bevens direction and continues flying.

((nothing much. They are still flying/pratcing))beven smiled and continued to fly
Hayden sighed loudly. She remembered a time when she'd know exactly what was going on around her. She sighed and tried/failed once more to do echolocation.
Jade turned invis and loudly teleported by yelling "Pink is gross! Black is right!"
Beven jumped, and smiled, "Ok....." she said
Hayden jumped, and then realized it was probably just Jade. "Hey, thanks." she smiled.
"Welcome!" little by little she became visible. She was starting to get out of her cooped up shell.
Hayden smiled. "Where are we, do you think?" she asked. It had been a while since she'd asked.
"Ummm maybe Kanas? We could land now and get some rest." suggested Beven
"I can keep flying...but we can stop if you guys want to" Jade said
"Lets stop for a bit, rest up and find something to eat. Dont even know when the last time i ate was." Beven said, she stomach growling
Snow look around and said "Cave down below me." she tip he wing down words and flew to the mouth of it
Jade shouted "Violets are blue!" Before teleporting to the cave.
