No matter what Hayden did to her, Beven didnt want her to leave. "No, it will just take a little time...." she said

"I dont know why your asking me that because its the truth." Beven said, her knees were hurting her from sitting like she has been, so she moved to sit on her bottom
You and me both... thought Beven, but instantly regretted it. Slowly, she laid a hand on Haydens shoulder
Hayden nodded. "So you don't hate me?" she asked, tears rolling down her cheeks. "All I wanted was to see again."
Beven sighed, "No I dont hate you. Im hurt, not full of hate..." she said, understanding her point of view a bit...
"Then call me young and naive because i will get over this." Beven said, she knew it was true. Its not like she hasnt been betrayed before...
Hayden took Bevens hand, not knowing how shed had any idea it was there. "No, but I don't really have a choice."
"Alright, staying positive," Beven teased and led her back to the camp with the rest of the flock. Unless they asked, Beven wouldnt say anything
Beven smiled weakly, "Well, were back!" she called to the rest of the flock and sat down with Hayden
"Lets set up the tent." Beven suggested, she was careful not to act differently around Hayden or the others would surely suspect something
Jade unpacked the OTHER tent and quickly assembled it in less then a minute. "Ok split up peeps. One tent for peeps other tent for more peeps" she said.
Hayden leaned her head back against the wall. No one would ever trust her again. She should have gone when she had the chance. Maybe she'd get lucky and find another flock. But then everyone here would hate her. It's not like they didn't already, but still, it hurt.
"Ok then lets have Kevin, Snow, Isabel and Seneca in the bigger tent. And Bevan Hayden and I will take the smaller tent. ANy objections?" Jade said.
Just great. Hayden was not looking forward to this at all. She sighed, her eyes closed and head against the wall, still throbbing painfully. She didn't want to sleep in a tent, period. She was something along the lines of extremely claustrophobic. Being blind and waking up somewhere with limited movement was horrifying.
"Well...you can always leave the tent. The flock will always be ok with that. They will miss you but they wont hate you." Jade said softly. She was meaning more like it's ok if you leave. They flock will always love you.
Hayden caught on to what Jade was saying instantly. "Is that your way of asking me to leave?" she whispered. If they wanted her to leave, they could tell her to her face.
"No! I just mean its your choice. So the flock will always be ok. Thats what I was meaning. "Jade said.
Hayden wasn't planning on moving. Her father wasn't one to break promises. She would have nightmares tonight, she knew it. He didn't break promises like that. He would torment her in any way possible.
Beven was tempted to head into the tent after Jade, but ended up staying up. Too much was on her mind right now
Hayden let her thoughts drift again, her eyes closed tightly. Her mind was floating wherever her thoughts took her.
((ouch, that hurts, Beven))Hayden sighed, not even close to sleep. Her thoughts were too violent, too terrorizing. She couldn't help it; she was afraid of being hated.
(( ;) ))Beven thought she shouldnt be so hard on Hayden, but it stung. On the other hand, she told her dad to get his butt out of here and lost....
