Fallen Star and Shattered Promises. The same book?

I just read Shattered Promises by Jessica Sorensen and I was looking for another book to read and stumbled upon Fallen Star also by Jessica Sorensen. As I read the description I couldn't help but notice that it sounds like the EXACT same book. I might be wrong because for Shattered Promises it has a 17+ warning and with Fallen Star it does not. It might be the same but meant for two different audiences, Fallen Star being for YA and Shattered Promises being for mature adult.

just finished fallen star and read blurb for shatteed promises sounds like the same book to me only difference is Gemmas age
yeah, Jessica made a different copy for fallen star, which is Shattered Promises, but for Mature readers. Don't know why, I guess people wanted it, who knows.
There are slight differences but the story is mostly the same in the first one. Different things do not happen in Shattered Promises that did happen in the original: Fallen Star. Sorensen has said that the following books should follow a different story line in the Shattered Promises series. Hope this helps. I have read all of the Fallen Star series and am STILL going to read the rest of the Shattered Promises series, I actually like the latter more as it is more realistic (as far as paranormal romance goes...)
I was wondering the same thing. I'm trying to consider wether which one i should read, or if their both different then I will just read both.
