Has anyone read Savage Deception by Lynette Vinet?

Please tell me, is she intimate with both brothers?

A kind reader told me that the heroine is indeed intimate with both brothers.

That is way too gross for me so I'll skip that one. I can only handle platonic "family love triangles".
