Good Day Everyone!


We're going to start our discussion today with a simple question,

Do you believe in "The Element"/book's message? or let me rephrase, do you think its applicable to all people?

for me, the book was very nice, and i definitely believe in its message "the element"
Yet, i don't think its that easy to find your element, its very hard
And its even more confusing if you r element is a common skill, or even general
for example, if your element is dancing, then bingo Your a dancer
but if your element is planning, then you can be a project manager, Engineer, supply chain or even a good thief (ocean's eleven style)
one thing i really understand and connect with the book on it, is how disappointing the educational systems all over the world are
you don't judge a fish by its ability to fly after all :)

will i agree with hakim except i think its good start even if its some thing common like planner, its start any way being a thief or project manager the reset is up to u dig deep find more the most funny part always been the journey
