Jon Britain | 2 comments I read this book in the 80s but couldn't say when it was published.

Genre, adult fiction.

The plot, the house was located in a suburban street, I think the occupants tunneled under the house to get into a bank or shop. I'm sure it was set in the UK. The tunnelers weren't proffessional robbers just ordinary people.

I think the cover was a coloured drawing of a row of terraced houses.

No chance of a spoiler here since that is all I remember.

Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated.
