I have found Twitter to be very useful in keeping in touch with the paranormal community of my readers (I do a lot of guest spots on radio)and in asking the readers to respond. Also, just recently when I had a Giveaway of book 2: A Ghost From the Shadows here on Goodreads, I advertised it on Twitter...I think it helped to spread the word about the giveaway.
