Ewa watched his arms, trailing her eyes up to his lips and then back down to her lap. "Are we running?"
"What do you have to run from?" She said, curious. "I'm running from the law."
Ewa blushed, not sure what to say.
Ewa looked back at him and kissed him softly on the lips with out answer. She pulled back. "Wherever the wind takes us."
She smiled and closed her eyes, scooting so that she was sitting on his lap.
Ewa smiled and cocked her head. "Oh?" She laughed and kissed him again, slower.
"I like the name Drystan." She told him with a smile.
"Why?" She raised an eyebrow.
"Is not." She protested with a frown.
"The nearest town?" she asked.
She smiled, closing her eyes and leaning her head on his cheek.
"I'm so sorry, Drystan." She whispered.
"I wanted to start a war." She said.
"I have my reasons." Ewa spat defensively, then, remembering that she loved him, explained that these countries were getting too selfish and that a war was the only way to open their eyes up to save them from further violence.
"I've received a prophecy." She told him at a last.
"I've received a prophecy." She told him at a last.
Ewa bit her lip. "You think it's ridiculous." She sighed.
"Long and confusing." She replied with a sigh.
Ewa exhaled deeply. "That I need to start a war. I don't understand why. It's so odd." She hugged him back and kissed his shoulder.
"It's a war. There will be killing in the long run." She said matter-of-factly.
"That I can do." She answered, kissing his cheek. "Anything for you."

Ewa climbed out of the boat first, her now short white dress buffeting and billowing in the wind.
Ewa turns her head and winks. "Looking at something, dearest?"

"Yes." She grinned. "Turn around, I'm not decent, Drystan." As he turned around she cut off the rest of her beautiful dress so it was just a silvery white corset, tossing the white tule into the river. As it was, she'd been expecting to go undercover. Her bloomer shorts could easily be unfolded into long, perfectly normal looking male trousers. She sheared off her hair in just another moment so it was short and shaggy, the white blonde pieces falling into a ring around her. "You can turn around." She said with a smile. "Do I look kind of like a boy?"
