Emilee | 2 comments This may be a little thing, but I often change the page numbers on books I notice are incorrect, but this situation is different. My copy is an ARC; does that make a difference on the number of pages on the profile? Do we change things based on ARCs?

Lobstergirl If an ARC shares an ISBN with a non-ARC, don't change the pagination of the non-ARC to match the ARC. If you want to shelve the ARC, feel free to create a record for it and have it match your pages, though. It's fine to create a record for an ARC whether it has an ISBN or not.

Janet Martin (janmaus) | 9 comments See message #2--she is correct. Although the ARC and the published copy share an ISBN, they deserve different records--ISBNs are not unique.
