message 1801: by Rachel (new)

Rachel (hopeless-wanderer) Nope! But I guess I never go through the candle section in a store, and we don't have very many candles in the house....

Ah.

message 1803: by [deleted user] (new)

I looove going through candle stores, or any candle isle for that matter. All the smells blended together just make the air feel so homey and... friendly, I guess.

message 1804: by [deleted user] (new)

friendly is a good word for it. warm, happy, friendly.

message 1805: by [deleted user] (new)

Yep. *sighs happily*

message 1806: by brooke1994 (new)

brooke1994 (formerlynarnian525) I agree Christal :)

Jacklyn | 525 comments WYR be trapped with snakes or spiders?
('trapped', as in a small closet or container.)

Ruth Reimer-berg | 37 comments Jacklyn wrote: "WYR be trapped with snakes or spiders?

poisonous or non poisonous? If they are non-poisonous, then snakes definitely.

message 1810: by Jacklyn (new)

Jacklyn | 525 comments Hmm...any snakes, I guess. Choose your poison. Or if you want an indifferent answer, then both are poisonous.

message 1811: by Ruth (new)

Ruth Reimer-berg | 37 comments i think ill go with both being non-poisonous, if I can! :)

message 1812: by Jacklyn (new)

Jacklyn | 525 comments Scary to think of this...let's go down happy lane.
WYR be with your best friend while it's raining, or by yourself in the sun? And you can choose to be figurative if you like...

message 1813: by Ruth (new)

Ruth Reimer-berg | 37 comments best friend in the rain, DEFINITELY! Especially since here, it rains ALOT, more than its sunny anyways, so why not be in it with your best friend? Pretty easy decision for me.

message 1814: by Jacklyn (new)

Jacklyn | 525 comments Agreed. Now, are you going to do a WYR? That's the way it works in these here parts.

message 1815: by [deleted user] (last edited Oct 17, 2013 07:52PM) (new)

WYR game thread, please. :)

message 1816: by Jacklyn (new)

Jacklyn | 525 comments Okay. So sorry for speaking.

message 1817: by brooke1994 (new)

brooke1994 (formerlynarnian525) Trapped with snakes, because I don't really prefer either but I hate spiders, so I wouldn't want to be with those.

message 1818: by [deleted user] (new)

that's ok, we can count it as an icebreaker.

I'd rather be trapped with a spider... At least I can muster up my courage and squash it dead.

I DO THAT TOO. I literally take deep breaths, count, give myself a pep talk... and then squash it. It's pitiful, kinda, but hey, at least it works.

message 1823: by [deleted user] (new)

Usually I beg my bro or one of my sisters to kill it. But if need be, I WILL KILL the monstrous thing.

message 1824: by Sam (new)

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments hhaha yeah. if they're on hand, me parents will do the job. or I run away. worse case scenario is I kill it with someone else's shoe

message 1825: by [deleted user] (new)

Yep. Never your own shoe, 'cause that's just nasty. Use someone else's shoe. XD

Spiders. EEEEEEK!!

Whenever I see one I just stand there for a while and scream and shake my hands all around until someone comes to see who's murdering me. Then I'll let them kill it. :P

message 1843: by [deleted user] (new)

I know we agreed to take turns doing ice breakers every three days, but I've been shamefully neglecting this. :/ Sorry, Sara!

Okay, it's been three days since the last ice breaker, so here's the next one......

Icebreaker #37: What would be your ideal way to subtly spook someone?

message 1844: by Janeth (new)

Janeth Torres (JaneT21) | 4 comments well, I am sorry I am here to comment and share a little late. My nickname as a child was Tete in castelian for the reason that my name is Janeth they just shortened it. well, my grandfather did. you pronounce it as ed at the end. so it has a very particular sound. Most people comment on how unique it is. LOL :D

Jacklyn | 525 comments To stare at a wall...and if someone notices, you just look creeped out and walk away, glancing at the wall behind you.

I think this is right...did I do this right? Is this what we do?
