Just curious...Why that?

message 103: by Sam (new)

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments Hmmm. Because my life is always the pursuit of the better. Kind of like a thirst that cannot be quenched. In a good way, though :P Like, I want more of God, I want to be a better person, I want to walk closer with God, etc. Always a dreamer, and always coming up with new dreams.

Jennah (strawberryblonde) #4 Ice Breaker: Who is the person (besides Jesus or anybody in the Bible) do you admire the most and why?

message 109: by Sam (new)

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments Toughie. Probably my father or my best friend. But I admire something about almost all my friends, or I wouldn't be their friend :P

message 110: by [deleted user] (new)

That's a hard one. I'll say... my dad. :) He's always going out and witnessing to people. And he has the kindest heart of anyone I know. :)(One time he drove two hours just to give this little girl who had lost her beloved cat one of our kittens, which happened to look exactly like hers.)

Wow, you have such a great dad. You are one blessed girl to have that :).

message 112: by Sam (new)

Sam (Readlovelaughlive) | 4404 comments Cari's dad is awesome :D I'd recommend marrying a man just like him when you grow up! :D

#4 for life, my parents; for sports, Tom Brady.
I missed out on #3, so I decided to comment anyways. I think I'd call my Against all Odds.

Jennah wrote: "#2 Ice Breaker: If you knew you were going to be stranded on a deserted island...who would you bring? And what three things would you bring?"

Let's see here, I'd probably bring one of my friends from my class (personally, a guy because the one I'm thinking of has a lot of survival knowledge...) And I'd bring a van stuffed with everything I need to live with, an infinite supply of cheese, and Coke. XD

It's just where you answer random questions or ice breakers, so we all get to know each other better.
Jennah has been posting the questions for us.

lol that sounds like more then three things :P

message 122: by Jennah (new)

Jennah (strawberryblonde) Shadowhunter Girl wrote: "What's this thread about?"

It's about getting to know one another. An Ice Breaker is a question I ask and everyone answers it. And the question can be fun, serious, or funny! For example..."What's one word that describes your personality?" Somebody's answer: Giggily!

Ok, now I remember. But I didn't know she got burned alive. She is one woman that has a ton of faith and trust in God. I bet 98% of women now adays would never do that for our Lord and Savior. We should all want that kind of faith and trust.

ikr. they arent perfect but i love them :) but sometimes my sunday school teacher knows more about the world and being a Christian.

message 134: by Jennah (new)

Jennah (strawberryblonde) My mom would be the person I admire...She has taught me EVERYTHING. Since the very first day I breathed my first breath, God has used her. She loves me, hugs me, comforts me, forgives me, is calm when I am angry, guides me, listens to me, talks with me, helps me, teaches me, and especially, she helps me with my walk with the Lord. I love her very much.
