Ice Breakers
I have no obsessions at the moment. Sad but true. :P

Hahaha. Maybe I'm obsessed with procrastinating. I can't seem to shake it off.

Could I pick one of the disciples so I could ask them questions about Jesus? ;)
King Hezekiah! He's so awesome.I guess I would ask him... How he put his trust in the Lord so fully, loving him and worshiping Him with his whole heart when so many of the kings preceeding him walked in the way of Jeroboam... what was his experience with the Lord like. Another question would be what it felt to have his life be lengthened 15 years!
I finished up 2Kings today, so he's still so fresh in my mind.

Those are good questions!

What would you ask him?"
Hmm, I don't know. Probably would ask him what other kinds of parables Jesus taught besides the ones written down in the Bible. I love the parables!

I woud love to hear his testimonies. I love testimonies, they are so powerful and as you said, inspiring.

Fromthe NT... Stephen. I admire him so much.Maybe even more so after reading a historical Christian fiction where he was one of the main characters. He just has such a great personality and qualities. I would ask him about his final moments as he was brought outside of the city to be stoned and he looked up and saw the Lord standing at the right hand of God. Also as a deacon and follower of Christ right at that crucial time before Paul even came into the picture... Wow, I would sure like to hear his stories and about all the things he saw and experienced those early years of the church.

Joseph
"How did you keep hoping that it would all work out in the end?"

I would pick...Mary and ask her what it was like to raise Jesus. Or maybe Joseph and ask him what is was like to be kind of like a second father to Jesus. And if I couldn't ask them a question, then I'd asked Daniel how it felt to kill Goliath.

I had someone compare me to Anne of Green Gables before. This was silly because...
1. I am not that talkative (although I was a bit excited that day, and I do respond to people who talk to me, and she was very friendly)
2. I was a dirty blonde, not a redhead
3. I was not skinny
and other things I can't think of right now

Better marry an Asian or a Native American; every one else pretty much will have facial hair. :)

I don't mind the fact that they possess facial hair - they wouldn't be a man if they didn't have facial hair :P My concern is whether or not they shave it ;)

I would choose Leah and ask her how it felt to be unloved by her husband even though she gave him so many sons.
ohohoh! that that i forget...snap nicodemus!!! i thought his journey with Jesus and trying to seek the truth as a pharisee was cool although i still want to talk to Paul
Paul would be amazing. He went through so much and saw...everything. Man, Silas was one lucky dude.
unfortunately, I still have yet to read to whole Bible all the way through, but I'm working on it! I'm in Deuteronomy.

My mom and my sisters are going through Joseph! Love him and his faith and trust in God. He is a great example. Love your question!

loooovvvve your questions!

hahaha I have had people compare me to her, but only because I have strawberryblonde hair.

I cannot remember Leah in the Bible :( I am disappointed in myself.
Lol, don't worry, you're not the only person who can't remember people from the Bible. xD

I know, right? She was so strong, and I might have cracked under that kind of pressure if not for God being there!

Same here, I would be shaking in my boots.
*snicker* if you wore boots back then! I'm sorry, that was stupid and corny lol. x'D

Jacob married Leah and her sister Rachel, and their two maids, Zilpah and Bilhah, became his concubines. I believe their situation is why when God gave Moses the law, one of the commands was a man should not marry a woman and her sister. :)
