Predictions???

First of all before I started, if you have not read the Vlad Tod series yet you might not get what I am talking about(even though you should have, it explains a LOT of what Joss was talking about when he mentioned Vlad, Otis, etc. in the second book and if you haven't read the forth book yet, SPIOLERS) . Anyway...I think this book will take place after Vlad beats Joss to a pulp at the end of book four after staking and killing Dorian when he crawls away when Vlad got distracted by his father's sudden entrance. I also think that Kat will be brought back into the story directly(not just a ghost character that sends threatening texts) But over all I am really really excited for the next book since I just finished Second Chance and I want to know further predictions that my mind cannot come up with right now.
