Travis Rogers | 5 comments A year and a half ago, I wrote a book titled "Wading in the Deep End: Difficulties in Scripture and Theology." It started off as sermons and lectures I gave to fellow Sailors while on deployment. Upon return, I decided to turn them into chapters and self-publish a book. It aims to cover many controversial topics as well as some that most are curious about but never got a satisfiable answer to.

It's a available on Amazon as both a paperback and a Kindle version. I'd love to hear some feedback on it. My 2nd book should be done soon as well.

Robert Core | 1864 comments Sounds interesting, Travis. At present my "to read" list is overflowing, but I read constantly so I'm always looking for new topics.

Travis Rogers | 5 comments You can see the table of contents as well as a free preview on Amazon. To be honest, I never had any intention of writing a book. It was only after I had compiled so many lessons that I decided something should be done with them. Book #2 is tentatively titled "[TULIP]s & [ROSE]aries: Weeding Out False Doctrine" and discusses the many differences between Catholicism and Protestantism as well as discussing, in depth, each of the 5 points of Calvinism. I just need to find time to finish it. This book also stemmed from lessons I've created over the years. They just didn't really have a place in Wading in the Deep End.

Travis Rogers | 5 comments I just wanted to let you know I just released "[TULIP]s & [ROSE]aries: Weeding Out False Doctrine." It's available on Amazon. I'd love to know if anybody has read my last book, "Wading in the Deep End: Difficulties in Scripture & Theology." It would be interesting to have a discussion with someone who has read them.

Rod Horncastle Lets discuss some of them now. (I don't have time to read your stuff - or the other 50 people who only want to discuss their writings after people invest time and energy into their craft.)

What are your favourite difficulties in theology and scripture?
