I thought it would be good to have a folder where we can ask others if they have the perfect (tried and true) recipe for something you want to cook.

I'm looking for the perfect recipe for Banana Bread. I like the flavor when something a little sour is added: yogurt, buttermilk, etc. Any ideas?

I was going to post this as one of my next recipes! I have one that I love - it's from The Martha Stewart Cookbook. I'm not actually a big fan of that cookbook - the banana bread recipe is the only one I make from the whole book. We probably make it about once a month at my house.

Also, this is a great idea for a new folder (thanks, Amy!). I'll set one up, and move your post into it. And then I'll post the banana bread recipe, too.
