What's New From Josh?

Exactly!
This was a great interview. And these interviews are a great idea in general!

Interview with a Vamp… um, David Bradley
So funny. Wasn't that a great interview? I could picture so clearly sitting around a coffee table somewhere listening to a friend moan about a past relationship. Loved it. What a brilliant way to catch readers interest, inform them of backstory and run a blog tour! Marvelous.
How did you all like "Rafflecopter"?
I don't normally participate in Blog tours 'cause I don't want to leave an email all over the web. I talked to a couple Publishers about this, but it was a non-issue for them.
Of course Josh word figure this out, or respond to this concern.
Josh is the ultimate Gentleman, such class. Bravo! Bravo!

Well, I wish I could take credit for that, but in fact it was Barb at Live Your Life Buy the Book who came up with the Rafflecopter solution. I think it's a great idea!

This was one of the most entertaining interviews to write because David is perfectly logical in his reasoning and his deductions. He's just starting from the wrong premise. He assumes -- is absolutely convinced -- that Taylor does NOT love Will as he does or as Taylor should.
So if you start from a faulty premise, all that follows, while logical, is still going to be incorrect.

Oh my, well that was ... revealing. It's cool getting such background on one David Bradley, but I think he's fooling himself just a wee bit. Who knows. ;)
Good stuff! :)

Bwaaaaahahahahahaaaaa"
Nice that you at least don't hide the eeeeeevil laughter LOL :p

I didn't get how it works... I register and then click on some button for +10 or +5 and then what?

That's it. I think the additional points are to encourage those who can to pass on the news.
This way your email is registered and you are entered in the contest without have to leave your email in a public location.

Well, I can see that. The seeding the next story through KS could be looked at as symbolic of the new direction their lives are going, frankly. But in this case, freeing them from the DS opened up a lot of possibilities that I think will be fun to pursue. Also I find the idea of exploring a relationship like this as it settles into comfortable routine, interesting.

The phrase 'comfortable routine' isn't one I'd use around Will and Taylor. Esp Taylor :-P

Well, I'm sure Will and Tay have their own version of a comfortable routine.
I do enjoy books with couples in a routine. It's nice to see that sometimes. I think that's why I like reading the codas and similar things. You get a glimpse of the uber happy. Lol. :-)

Well, I haven't been doing it at all, because I don't have a clue!

Click on the smiley helicopter, enter your name and your email (make sure you use the same ones every time), click on what you're going to do (I click on "I will post a comment"). You see a box with a tick saying "I commented!". I thought that was it, and went back into the site to comment. No, you have to click on the box which says "I commented", and it is doing that which gives you the 10 points.
I worked this out when I saw I had a score of 0/30 in the top right of the main box. I may still have it all wrong!
The advantage is that the person running the contest has your contact details for your prize but you don't have to put your email address in a place where everyone including scammers can see it.

Thank you for explaining it, Hj. So, one does this only if she wants to participate in the giveaway?

Oh NO!
Oh NO!

Yes. I'd love a Kindle Paperwhite but can't justify it when my old KK works perfectly well. So I'm letting fate decide...

How long does it take you to set all of these up? Seems exhausting!

Wait a freaking moment! I thought that my address is visible only for the owner of the page!

No, it's the person running the rafflecopter, I believe.
No, it's the person running the rafflecopter, I believe.

I never used the rafflecopter.
I meant, when I left my address in order to be able to leave a comment, I assumed only the owner of the page could see it.

Leaving aside Rafflecopter, when you leave a comment on a blog only the person running the page can see the email address which you log in with. But sometimes people ask you to leave your email address IN THE COMMENT ITSELF and it was to that I was referring when I said "you don't have to put your email address in a place where everyone including scammers can see it".
Sorry to have caused confusion!

No problem, as long as I haven't been leaving my address around visible for everybody...

I'm not certain that I'm following all of this, but if you do want to be entered in the prize raffle go to any of the blog tour pages, click on the rafflecopter link, then click any/all of the four participation options that apply to you (blog post comment, tweet, Facebook Fan Page fan, follow Josh on Twitter). The contest closes "tonight," but I don't know which time zone applies.

I would congratulate you, except that we're competing!

Any idea if that raffle thingum even registered additional tweets like it said it would? I'm still not quite following how it works.
But, hey, it was fun to follow Josh around on his tour through the thicket of blogs. :-D

Lol, I don't know. Every day (after the first day) it would tell me I already had 20 out of 30 entries and my tweet of the day would make it 30, so I'm not sure if I had 30 entries every day or 30 in total. Anyway, as you said, it was fun following Josh and the fanyons on the blog tour :)

I honestly don't know. I was just the very lucky recipient of all the attention. :-) But I know the fanyons are scrupulous in their attention to detail, so I am guessing they tried their best -- or are still in the laboratory puzzling over the formula. ;-D

What I will say is I am so grateful to all the people who jumped in and posted, tweeted, commented.
It's definitely hard being out there without a publisher. This is not to say I regret any choices I've made -- no way -- but it does make me doubly cognizant of how very lucky I am in my readers.
