What Do You Think the Movie Will Be Like?

I hoping for a great Divergent movie :) My only fears: a.) they will completely butcher the plot like in Percy Jackson and b.) there will be a book fandom and a movie fandom like the Hunger Games. You?

Every time they make a movie out of a book i loved: 1) i get super excited and have WAY to high expectations 2) not at all what i imagined the characters and scenes would look like 3) annoys the heck out of me when they totally butcher the plot (Percy Jackson)

does any body else find it slightly strange that in Divergent the actors of Caleb and Tris are siblings but in The Fault in Our Stars they are dating?

I don't think I'm going to watch it either. The moment I saw that the Secret life girl would be Tris I lost hope, and then after checking out the rest of the cast I have given up on it- I am not ready to see one of my favorite series ever be slaughtered!!!!!!

March 21st 2014 is SOOO far away! I really don't want to get my hopes up for the adaption (I mean look at The Lightning Thief Movie) but Divergent is my third favourite series and I just can't help but be uber excited. Added that even though Theo James looks nothing like Four in my opinion, I love him too much to really care.

Divergent was a really 3-star book for me, but when I was reading it I noticed it would make some pretty cool action scenes! Hope they do it well.

Nope, no Uriah. You can see his name briefly on the rankings but that's about it. Another problem is there isn't very much character development, but otherwise it's super good.
