My idea: (view spoiler)[

There are legends about mer-people(lol) existing on the earth. We've all heard them and all seem to be far-fetched so only those who dare to believe, believe in them, obviously. Even then, no proof has actually been showed. Little does everyone know - in a big city with a near forest and a lake integrated within the forest, there lives one of these creatures. Unfortunately - for the wrong reasons.

The merman himself knows he is supposed to be deep under the middle of the ocean, away from everything he's ever been afraid of. The only good thing about the lake is that it's deep and not many people know about - meaning that he gets a lot of the fish and not people come to fish, even though there are the occasional poacher or fishermen that come.

Anyway, he's really interested in humans, seeing as they are extremely foreign creatures - just like humans are to mer-people; they're almost like a legend. And then we have girl, and girl doesn't live the best life ever; be it she's abused at home or she's bullied at school or in some sort of abusive relationship - it's really not a good life she's living.

For whatever reason, she finds herself on the dock that's been installed on the rather large lake. She's fascinated by the waters, only problem is...she can't swim. She's afraid to swim, she's afraid of physically touching the water for whatever reason. She's clueless about the merman living in these waters but he knows her since she comes by almost everyday whether it's to cry or watch or fish or whatever she does. But then one day, just as she's about to get up..she slips and falls in the water; out of panic, she begins struggling and seaweed grab onto her legs and bring her deeper in the lake. She's drowning, she can't swim and she can't see anything because its night.

And then obviously...merman saves her but he's super duper shy and scared of her but he has a good heart so he takes her out of the water and makes sure she's breathing before he finds refuge in the water once more, but he watches her closely. When she wakes up, there's only half a head popping out from under the water, eyes watching her - obviously it's creepy. But then she sees the tail and it's all like wow and yeah (sorry..I'm running out of steam xD).

Somehow, she manages to coo him to come closer and whatnot and he can't speak English or ay other language but he's strangelt fast at learning so with time, he begins to learn her language and yes he can go out of the water and sprout legs but he's only had to do it once and he doesn't like it (finds there's too much of a breeze going on between his legs...if you catch my gist ;D) annndd yeah!

He can't stay out of water too long but maybe at one point she tries to enroll him in school somehow and he can teach her how to swim and maybe she has a beach house near the ocean and at one point they go there and somehow he manages to reunite with some of his mer-friends. And then the hunters can come in and the two have fallen in love even though they're not supposed to and yeah...maybe he gets discovered so he has to go back but he doesn't want to leave her and it's sad and blaaahhhhh and he helps her with her issue and blaahh..

There lived a great and powerful warrior who conquered and ruled the land from the eastern corners of the earth to the northern ends. This warrior was like no other, he was mighty and fearless. He was an arrogant man that cared for no one. His enemies called him Bringer of Death. His legion called him, Immortal. But in truth, he was a man named Cedrick Ludovic. Or at least he used to be.Before Cedrick became the man he is, he was but an orphan child whose mother was slaughtered in The War of Ages. He even received vast amounts of golds for defeating these men and was even given a giant she-wolf who was the only creature to whom he ever cared for. Yes, this she-wolf was magical beast that could rip a man in two. Cedrick had even watched her with his own eyes. He found a kindred spirit with the wolf and so he named her Kira. Together they fought and shed the blood of many men. Cedrick was not a simply a warrior as most would think. His battles were cleverly drawn and he played knowing the outcomes of each and every battle. One would think that bring one monarchy down would be suicide in itself. This man was madly genius enough and just crazy enough to take down three. He studied all three kings for their strength and their weaknesses He learned their habits and what the loved, one king loved having multiple concubine to which he would murder after he received a new one. Another king would treasured his son to whom would take the throne. The last king was lonesome and drunk most of time but was not to be underestimated. And so Cedrick began his revenge against the kings of the Northern, Eastern and Midwest that will forever be known amongst the all warriors in the land. Cedrick's plot for revenge becomes a path that changes him to a man that Kira might not be able to fight along side and soon she would need to reveal her form to Cedrick in order to save him.

RP example: Girl- Layla felt like she was missing something, as if a piece of her heart had been stolen from her, as if her soul had wandered out of her body. "I'd rather you didn't. Just pay for the window you broke and leave. I've already called the cops." she told the handsome and dangerous man that approached her. Her grip on the bat tightened and really wish she had called the cops but her cell phone was on her table and she hadn't had time to grab it.

He simply smirked, glancing at her. "Your not a very good liar but your feisty. I like that. To bad I have to do this." he said and in seconds he was in front of her. He removed the bat from her hand and put a hand on her cheek. She was knocked out and fell into his arms in seconds. He lifted her up and then disappeared with her into the night.
