I've been meaning to read heroes of Olympus! I loved Percy Jackson, I just wasn't sure if the new series is worth reading. But I've been hearing a bunch of hype so I guess it is lol!

You have to read it! It's so good! Feels inducing and will make you sob, but amazing! And if you like Percabeth, you'll both hate and love the series.

Haha, I've got tons of books to read too. I'm trying to read as many as possible since I'm on fall break right now. I've already read one and I'm rereading Mark of Athena right now. I'm getting House of Hades either the day it comes out or the day after so I'll probably spend the rest of my break reading that slowly and trying to enjoy it since the next book doesn't come out for a year and I'm sure this one will have another huge cliffhanger.

Books always seems to have the worst cliffhangers lol! I'm reading Clockwork Prince and Daughter of Smoke and Bone, had to put those on hold. And I have to somehow squeeze both Enders Game and the Book Thief in before the movies come out, Fox didnt help me at all by moving up the book thiefs release date up a week!!

Wow! I need to read Ender's Game and The Book Thief too. In seventh grade my teacher had us read Ender's Game but we never finished it because it was the end of the year. I only read like twenty pages, lol. I thought it was kinda boring but maybe that was just cause I was being forced to read it.

Lol! Yeah there's a bit difference between being forced to read a book and actually wanting to read it. I've hated a lot of books I've had to read at school. But going back through and rereading them, I realize, hey that wasn't too bad after all!

Same here! It's just hard to enjoy something when you're being forced to over-analyze every little sentence, I think.

Yeah, we had to stupid movie unit in English, I hate curriculums!!! Anyways, we had to analyze the film elements of Edward Scissorhands (totally butchered that spelling!) and every single second of that movie we had to stop and analyze the lighting and the camera angles! Oh my god, I hated life :(

Completely ruined my movie watching experience. Now everytime I watch a movie I'm like, oh that's using low lighting! Oh goodness. The weird stuff we do in english...

I know right! Plus I study film, tv and new media as one of my subjects...so even though I have a bit of an upper hand for the english unit - it completely ruins films for me. Everything just feels way to unreal..even though they are basically unreal!
