How do I make a button for my blog?

I want to make a button for my blog so it makes it easier for people to go to my blog but I don't know how to. Any help?

The code keeps changing to the button when i click save! Why wont it work! It ends up being two buttons, instead of the button and the grab code. Any ideas?
