This book was a collection of stories from all over the world about unicorns. It is NOT a chapter book. The illustrations were beautiful but crude. The only story I remember was about a unicorn in the Garden of Eden who saved Adam and Eve from Hell by taking their place. The illustration was of a unicorn jumping into a fiery portal next to an angel with a burning sword. Another illustration I remember was of a unicorn reclining at night in a blue moonlit meadow; it was Persian-themed, I think, so there may have been a minaret in the background; maybe it was just a walled city, I'm not sure. I loved this book dearly, and checked it out of the library every week almost as an elementary student. Please please help!!!
