Dorm Rom #10:

[Leena, Love yourself]

Darius watched as she yawned, much like a kitten, getting sleepy with the fall of the sun. She was adorable, Darius groaned inwardly, he was going to have to put distance between him and this girl before he fell for her and ended up a sap like the rest of the guys on campus. Though he could see himself being happy as a sap if it meant spending more time with the girl in his arms. "So what you mean to say is that you couldn't wait to kiss me again?" He teased her, "I'm kidding." He added so that she wouldn't get upset all over again. Darius nuzzled her neck with his chin some, just sitting there against a tree with her in his arms.

Poppy chuckled. "Haha. Funny..." ...and so incredibly true. She couldn't bring herself to smile, but she leaned her head against his chest. "So...now what?"

[Leena, Love yourself]

"I guess you should probably get back to your roommate.. unless you don't want to go back just yet?" He waited for her response, not sure of what he wanted her to say really. He only knew that he was relieved she wasn't sad anymore, what did that mean? He wondered to himself.

"Up to you," Poppy said simply, liking the sunset. The sun would be completely down soon, though, so even if they did stay outside, they wouldn't have a bunch of time before it got dark.

"Why is it up to me?" He asked her simply, he didn't want to make the decision of what they did. That meant he had to choose whether to put distance between them or to give in and spend time with her. "Alright well lets go to my place, I'll make you food."

"Because you're the master," she said pointedly, raising an eyebrow. "Kidding." Poppy smiled a little, and stretched. "Food...god, that sounds so good right now." She got up nimbly, and leaned against the tree.

[Leena, Love yourself]

"I can cook, c'mon,' He took her hand, he started to walk back towards the boys dormitory building. The walk felt good, the sun on their backs, warm and comforting. "Well I can cook if there's groceries in the kitchen.. I'll have to check out what we have to work with."

Poppy broke into a smile. "Ooh, a guy that can cook and can look hot at the same time. Shocking." She walked next to him, back to his dorm. "Have you even met your roommate yet?"

[Leena, Love yourself]

"No why? I heard a few things about him already though, apparently not the friendliest guy in the world, heh does that sound familiar?" Darius smirked. "I'm pretty sure I can handle the guy."

"I don't know," Poppy said mockingly, "One of you might injure your egos." She furrowed her eyebrows when she saw a small, pinkish-red mark in the shape of a hand on his cheek and jaw. Poppy touched it lightly. "What happened here?"

Darius had forgotten about the slap from his twin, "Oh my sister. She has a mean slap," He chuckled, a real laugh come rumbling from deep within him. He liked that his sister wasn't one of those girls that was prissy, or weak. She stood up for herself and didn't take bs from anyone.

"Oh, cool," Poppy said. "You have a sister? How old? Or...how young?" Pop tried to match Darius' large strides, but failed miserably because she kept stepping in puddles.

Darius noticed her problem keeping up, he slowed down so that she wasn't having such a hard time. "She's my twin sister," He answered her easily. BB not believe him yet that they were siblings, but she would eventually, and he wasn't going to keep it a secret until then.

"More twins," Poppy said with a grin. She could see the boy's dorms ahead, and she saw guys come in and out of the building. Pop was grateful that Darius had slowed down, though, because she had a hard enough time already from her tiredness.

Darius held the door open for her and waited for her to enter before he followed close behind. "Yeah. Seems to be a thing here," He walked with his hands in his pockets, barely touching her side with his. "So tell me more about you?"

Poppy smiled a little. "More about me? Okay. I'll try...mom is a totally kick-ass ex-CIA, and teaches weapons right now. Dad is...I'm not really sure what dad is. Teddy...Teddy is a piece of abstract art mixed with a train wreck, plus Ben Franklin. He's a geni--mad scientist. Okay: past. We used to live in D.C, that's where I was mugged, and all that shit, and I have a lot of friends over there. Then we moved over here, and...now Capitol." Pop sat on his all-too-familiar couch, remembering what *almost* happened.
