why the heck is john so intimadating toward pierce, i never understood that

I'm confused by your question. Is it like: "Why the heck does John intimidate Pierce so much like why is she so in love with him" or like "Why does John love Pierce?"?To the first: she's drawn to hurt souls. She loves helping people, and can see right through all the barriers that he's put around himself. She can see him as the better person he is. Also, he's (quote-unquote) gorgeous.
To the second: I have no idea.

I really like this book! :) And I especially love the ending [;)] when Pierce begins to talk about getting married and having a baby and then John interrupts by kissing her :D !!! I love it! Go Meg Cabot!
Oh, and PS: If you likes this book, a recommendation would be The Goddess Test by Aimee Carter. It's similar to this book, so try it out!
